The car was phenomenal, no problem, only condition of returning with the same fuel, that we made a video when entering and washing (there are many places to wash at the entrance to the airport, we did it at LAVAZH SPARKY. 500 leks and they gave us 4 air fresheners) . The phenomenal experience. We always took parking (it's cheap and you stay quieter).We deliver the car to the same place we picked it up. 100% recommended. My information was sent to Auto B.Brahimi who contacted me few days before I flew to Tirana. Asked for my drivers license and boarding ticket. All done through WhatsApp, simple and easy. Was met at the airport, car was already parked at the airport ready for me. Paid €10 euros extra as I was picking it up at the airport and dropping it back off at the airport, which was not a problem. Drove from Tirana to Berat to Gjirokaster, to Sarande and then back to Tirana. Also drove to Blue Eye and Butrint so the car covered a lot of miles but there was absolutely no issues at all with the car. Only when we got to Tirana, the car didn't switch back on. This was late at night. Msged them on WhatsApp, got a very quick response and they came and fixed it within 20 mins, bearing in mind it was past midnight. The car battery had died but they jump started it and was all fine again. They also fixed my parking as i didn't park it properly. They were so nice and kind about it. Used it again the next day and it was working as normal again. Also provided us with a bluetooth attachment and all the paperwork. Great customer service, very trustworthy and friendly people. Recommend this company, and will use them again in Albania.We rented a car for 3 weeks, and even though the car was an older one, it was in very good condition and priced reasonable.We will definitely rent a car with this company again, when we come back to Albania.Keeping contact with the owner via WhatsApp was quick and easy. I contacted them on very short notice (less than 2hrs) and they managed the car. The car was good, I paid 30 euro per day, 5 euro extra for insurance. No advance or security deposit. If you pay 10euro extra you can opt for dropping the car at the airport. They don't have POS, so they accept only cash either euros or lek. For one day there is a max limit of 300km.
